"Over the twenty years our Hoover Central Vacuum has been repaired and always fixed to the standard or better than our original Hoover. They have installed a stronger vacuum motor and it has always been working much better than the original motor. We had the handle repaired and it is working super. The best of all we needed a wall outlet but Hoover stopped making it. A generic part was order, but was a hairline too thick. Bruce the worker was able to bust out his automotive brake tool and bore out the hairline thickness. Now it works super well and we can again use our Hoover Central Vacuum for years to come. Throughout the years, we love the service they provided us. I hope the company had an apprentice to carry on the knowledgeable staff's great legacy."
